I was fortunate enough to get out of the Sacramento heat and up into the mountains of Mt. Shasta for probably the most unique wedding I have attended yet, and so special.  Also celebrated this past weekend were the following national food days...

Well yesterday we all enjoyed barbecued chicken, shrimp and chorizo tacos and pasta salad although it was the day to celebrate National Barbecued Spareribs and Caesar Salad Day!
