Rosemary Baguette with Roasted Garlic White Bean Spread, Shaved Parmesan and Microgreens
(paired with mimosas with fresh squeezed orange juice)

Salad

Red Quinoa, Roasted Beets, Arugula, Sugar Snap Pea and Goat Cheese Salad with Dijon Chive Vinegarette

Entree

Spaghetti Squash with Roasted Sweet Peppers, Zucchini, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic and Parmesan

(both salad & entree paired with Pinot Grigio)

Dessert

Dark Chocolate Drizzled Strawberry Tart with Whole Wheat Crust

(paired with Pinot Noir)
