Saucy Mama's Fabulous 5-Ingredient Recipe: Pacific Rim Ginger Ground Turkey 'n Carrot Cabbage Cups
Saucy Mama's Pacific Rim Ginger Dressing
Pacific Rim Ginger Ground Turkey 'n Carrot Cabbage Cups
Makes: 6 cups
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes
1 T. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
6 oz. Saucy Mama's Pacific Rim Ginger Dressing
4 carrots, peeled and grated
1/2 c. cilantro, minced
6 cabbage leaves, or cups
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add ground turkey. Season with salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain and return to pan along with Saucy Mama's Pacific Rim Ginger Dressing. Reduce heat to a low simmer and continue cooking for 20 minutes for flavors to meld, stirring often. The last 10 minutes of cooking add half of both the grated carrots and minced cilantro to turkey mixture, stir to combine evenly. Assemble by evenly distributing mixture between cabbage cups and topping off with remaining grated carrots and minced cilantro.

Saucy Mama's Fabulous 5-Ingredient Recipe Contest: Sweet Heat Broiled Pork Chops and Steamed Artichoke with Dijon Mayo Dip
Sweet Heat Broiled Pork Chops and Steamed Artichoke with Dijon Mayo Dip
Serves: 2-4
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 35-40 minutes
4 bone-in pork chops
6 oz. Saucy Mama Sweet Heat Marinade
2 artichokes, bottom cut off
1/4 c. Saucy Mama Dijon Mustard
1/4 c. mayo
Coat pork chops with Saucy Mama Sweet Heat Marinade and let sit for about 4 hours, if not overnight.
For artichokes place in a large pot with steamer basket inserted and just enough water so it doesn't touch the bottom of them. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until tender, about 35 to 40 minutes.
In the meantime combine Saucy Mama Dijon Mustard and mayo in a small bowl and mix well; set aside.
Turn broil on high and place marinated chops on a rack placed over a baking sheet. Broil until golden and cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Serve broiled chops with steamed artichokes and Dijon mayo dip. Enjoy!

Strawberry BBQ Grilled Chicken Breasts
Serves: 4
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper, to taste
2 T. vegetable oil'
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. strawberry puree
1 c. barbeque sauce
2 T. parsley, minced
Preheat grill over medium-high heat and season both sides of chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the meantime heat oil in a sauce pan over medium and add onion. Cook until pale yellow, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in strawberry puree and barbeque sauce, let simmer about 5 minutes for flavors to meld.
Top each grilled chicken breast with 1/4 cup of strawberry barbeque sauce and garnish with 1/2 tablespoon of minced parsley.
Serve with your favorite Bush's Grillin' Beans. Enjoy!

Saucy Mama's Fabulous 5-Ingredient Recipe: Fish Filet Sandwich with Tarragon Lemon Mustard Slaw
Saucy Mama's Tarragon Lemon Mustard
Fish Filet Sandwich with Tarragon Lemon Mustard Slaw
Serves: 4
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes
8 breaded frozen fish filets
2 c. cabbage, shredded
1 c. Saucy Mama's Tarragon Lemon Mustard
2 T. vegetable oil
4 sesame buns
1/4 c. mayo
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place fish filets on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake 28-30 minutes until golden crisp, turning half way through cooking. For the slaw combine cabbage and Saucy Mama's Tarragon Lemon Mustard in a medium bowl and toss to coat evenly; set aside. For the buns brush each one with oil and toast on a preheat griddle over medium heat until golden, about 5 minutes. To assemble sandwich smear 1 tablespoon of mayo onto bottom buns, then place two filets onto each bun, top each with 1/2 cup of slaw and complete with toasted top bun. Enjoy!

Crab 'n Avocado Santa Fe Creamy Chipotle Cabbage Tostada
Serves: 1
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes
2 T. vegetable oil
1 corn tortilla
1/2 c. cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. Saucy Mama's Santa Fe Creamy Chipotle Dressing
1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 avocado, pitted and diced
1/4 c. cooked King crab, gently torn into pieces
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium-high and add corn tortilla. Cook until golden crisp, about 2 1/2 minutes per side. In the meantime combine cabbage, Saucy Mama's Santa Fe Creamy Chipotle Dressing, salt and pepper in a small bowl and toss to coat evenly. Assemble tostada by topping crisp tortilla with dressed cabbage, diced avocado and crab pieces. Enjoy!!!

2 Ritz crackers, or your choice of cracker
2 pieces hard salami, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 pieces sharp cheddar cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 pieces of Anjou pear, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 T. Saucy Mama's Apricot Ginger Mustard, divided
Place crackers on a small serving plate and top with hard salami, cheese, pear and drizzle with Saucy Mama's Apricot Ginger Mustard. Makes for the perfect simple snack!!!

My Winning Burger Recipe:
Dreamy Bacon Blue Cheese Burger with Balsamic Tomato Basil Jam and Mustard Aioli
Serves: 1
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 12-15 minutes
Ingredients:
Burger:
8 oz. ground beef, formed into a patty
1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
Balsamic Tomato Basil Jam
¼ c. cherry tomatoes
1 T. white sugar
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. fresh basil, minced
Mustard Aioli
1 T. mayo
1 T. mustard
1 t. garlic, minced
2 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked
2 oz. blue cheese crumbles
1 ciabatta bun, cut in half and toasted
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Form beef into patty and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place burger patty over direct heat and cook to desired temperature about 12 to 15 minutes total depending on the desired temperature.
While burger is grilling prepare jam by combining tomatoes, sugar and balsamic vinegar in a small sauce pan and heat over medium. Cook until tomatoes bursts open, flavors meld then reduces into a jam, about 10 minutes. Stir in basil at end of cooking.
For the mustard aioli combine mayo, mustard and garlic in a small bowl; mix well.
To assemble burger smear aioli onto bottom bun, next place burger patty, top with blue cheese and bacon slices then smear jam onto top bun and place onto burger to complete. Enjoy!
*To cook bacon preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place bacon slices on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet and cook until golden crisp, turning once half way through cooking, about 20 minutes.
